|Sumár projektu:||With the accession of the country to the European Union and the expansion of opportunities for exchange of information and good practices through the participation in international projects, conferences, trainings and others, the need for foreign languages and the acquisition of teaching skills, especially for teachers in school, which must keep pace with time and new trends in educational discourse.
With the project "Visit, learn and implement" we start a different page in the professional qualification of the team of Elementary school Nad Medzou. The goals we set are related to:
- acquiring new key competencies relevant in the European reference framework - learning a foreign language by immersing in a culture of culture and acquainted with its traditions and history
- improvement of the methodological preparation for improvement of the teaching tools with techniques and methods of using modern digital resources, incl. iPads, and more in the classroom to promote learning and increase student activity;
- provoking the creativity of teachers and pupils by using innovative pedagogical practices and tools
- the acquired skills to contribute to the implementation of the European Development Plan aimed at modernization and nationalization at our school.
This project is aimed at two teachers who, through their participation in learning mobility, will improve their language competences in English language teaching and will improve their methodological skills for lower and upper secondary teaching by applying the new IT technologies to the lesson.
During the project mobility, the following methodology will be used: Keeping a diary of each participant to reflect individual progress and impressions from the exchange of good practice.
Through the European added value that beneficiaries will receive from their participation in learning mobility and the acquired knowledge and skills in educational institutions, the benefits and impact on our school community in the short and longer term will be:
for teachers - new competencies, new opportunities for project work in the e-Twinning platform, new horizons for inclusion in international Erasmus + projects, conferences, seminars, etc., higher professionalism;
for students - higher quality education, increased motivation, higher results, diversification of school life, increased opportunities for professional realization;
for the school - raising the image of the school, attracting new students seeking high standards in education, fuller meeting the requirements of the parent community and a good education market for European measurability of the educational process.
The planned in-school qualification forms conducted by the project beneficiaries, open lessons at Open Doors, sharing the lessons learned from training courses will contribute to recognizing and validating the learning outcomes of the participants and increasing the motivation of the rest of the teaching staff to participate in similar and other qualification forms and projects, as well as the application of the lessons learned in the daily teaching activities. All of this will contribute to strengthening the capacity and international reach of our school and partner organizations.|
